Measuring 28-9/10" in width, 34-1/2" in depth, and 43-1/5" in height, this prep unit boasts a stainless steel top equipped with an opening for twelve 1/6 pans, all of which are included with the unit. This top furnishes a convenient and easily accessible workspace for ingredient assembly and arrangement. Additionally, it incorporates a sturdy hinged door, providing supplementary storage space, with an adjustable shelf inside for adaptable organization. The unit further includes a detachable cutting board, facilitating effortless food preparation and cleaning.

Fitted with an electronic thermostat, the prep unit delivers precise temperature control within a range of 33° to 41°F. The LED temperature display ensures straightforward monitoring of the internal temperature, contributing to the maintenance of ingredient freshness and safety. Moreover, the unit features an automatic defrost system, curbing excessive ice buildup and ensuring consistent and efficient operation.

Constructed with ABS material for the interior and featuring an aluminum floor, the unit guarantees durability and simple maintenance. Its stainless steel front and sides not only lend a polished and professional appearance but also provide resistance against corrosion. Enhanced mobility and stability during use are facilitated by the swivel casters, including two with brakes. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system, powered by a 3/8 HP compressor and a 115v/60/1-ph power supply, ensures optimal cooling performance.

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. 

Any outright returns will incur around a 25% restocking fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product. 

Vanguard Store Fixtures will help accommodate all customers throughout the process.

If the delivered item is defective due to a manufacturing flaw, we will pick-up the defective item and send a replacement free of charge. If the size does not perfectly fit which requires a replacement of the product, Vanguard Store Fixtures will help accommodate the customer's situations to the best of their  abilities, by replacing the product with no restocking fee while the customer pays for the shipment of the product back to the warehouse and the new product shipped to them. However, if the customer's return request is not due to a reason of a defective product or needed replacement due to size accommodation, a restocking fee of around 25% will be applied. This is due to the massive amount of logistical inconvenience caused that disrupted the daily operations of all companies involved in the sale of the product, which includes Vanguard Store Fixtures and the manufacturer of the product in question.
