The IKON 4-Tube Split Tank Fryer (IGF-40/40-NG) is a natural gas fryer designed for professional kitchens. Measuring 20.9 inches in width and 34-1/2 inches in depth, it offers ample space for efficient frying operations.

Featuring a millivolt thermostat, each tank of this fryer has a capacity of 40 pounds, enabling separate frying in each tank for versatile cooking options. With four heat tubes, generating 30,000 BTUs each, the fryer delivers a total heat output of 120,000 BTUs, ensuring swift and uniform heating.

Included is a drain pipe holder for effortless maintenance and cleaning. Two nickel-plated baskets are provided for frying convenience. The fryer is constructed with a stainless steel front and door, ensuring durability and hygiene, while the galvanized steel sides and back add strength.

For stability and adaptability, the fryer is equipped with four adjustable stainless steel legs, adjustable to a height of 6-8 inches.

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. 

Any outright returns will incur around a 25% restocking fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product. 

Vanguard Store Fixtures will help accommodate all customers throughout the process.

If the delivered item is defective due to a manufacturing flaw, we will pick-up the defective item and send a replacement free of charge. If the size does not perfectly fit which requires a replacement of the product, Vanguard Store Fixtures will help accommodate the customer's situations to the best of their  abilities, by replacing the product with no restocking fee while the customer pays for the shipment of the product back to the warehouse and the new product shipped to them. However, if the customer's return request is not due to a reason of a defective product or needed replacement due to size accommodation, a restocking fee of around 25% will be applied. This is due to the massive amount of logistical inconvenience caused that disrupted the daily operations of all companies involved in the sale of the product, which includes Vanguard Store Fixtures and the manufacturer of the product in question.
