Tailored for service-type operations, the Hydra-Kool Fresh Seafood Display Case is a special order item crafted to meet specific business needs. With dimensions of 77-1/2" width, 43-5/16" depth, and 34-59/64" height, it offers abundant space for presenting a variety of seafood products.

Featuring an open front design with tempered glass panels on the front and sides, customers can conveniently view and access displayed items. The rear includes an 8-35/64" deep stainless steel work bench, ideal for food preparation or additional storage.

To preserve freshness, the display case maintains a temperature hold range of 33°F to 40°F. Temperature and defrost functions are precisely controlled by a digital controller, ensuring the seafood remains at the desired temperature. A digital thermometer accurately monitors the internal temperature.

Equipped with ice pans, the display case creates an optimal environment for fresh seafood. Its stainless steel interior ensures durability, hygiene, and easy cleaning.

The exterior boasts a silver PVC coated steel front panel and a black steel kick plate, harmonizing aesthetic appeal with durability. Levelling feet ensure stability and easy adjustment on various surfaces.

Designed for remote refrigeration, this display case offers flexibility in placement and efficient cooling performance. It holds ETL-Sanitation and cETLus certifications, guaranteeing compliance with sanitation and electrical safety standards.

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. 

Any outright returns will incur around a 25% restocking fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product. 

Vanguard Store Fixtures will help accommodate all customers throughout the process.

If the delivered item is defective due to a manufacturing flaw, we will pick-up the defective item and send a replacement free of charge. If the size does not perfectly fit which requires a replacement of the product, Vanguard Store Fixtures will help accommodate the customer's situations to the best of their  abilities, by replacing the product with no restocking fee while the customer pays for the shipment of the product back to the warehouse and the new product shipped to them. However, if the customer's return request is not due to a reason of a defective product or needed replacement due to size accommodation, a restocking fee of around 25% will be applied. This is due to the massive amount of logistical inconvenience caused that disrupted the daily operations of all companies involved in the sale of the product, which includes Vanguard Store Fixtures and the manufacturer of the product in question.
