The Hydra-Kool Fresh Seafood Display Case, available through special order, is tailored for service-type operations. With dimensions of 52-1/8" width, 43-5/16" depth, and 34-59/64" height, it offers a compact and effective platform for presenting fresh seafood products.

Featuring an open front design with tempered front and side glass panels, customers can easily view the displayed items. The rear includes an 8-35/64" deep stainless steel work bench, providing a convenient space for food preparation and organization.

Ensuring optimal storage conditions, the display case maintains a temperature hold range of 33°F to 40°F. Temperature and defrost functions are digitally controlled for precise adjustments and efficient operation. A digital thermometer is included for accurate temperature monitoring.

Included ice pans create a suitable environment for preserving seafood freshness. The interior, constructed with stainless steel, ensures durability and hygiene in seafood storage.

The exterior showcases a silver PVC coated steel front panel and black steel kick plate, marrying aesthetics with durability. Levelling feet facilitate easy installation and stability on various surfaces.

Designed for remote refrigeration, this display case can be linked to an external system, providing placement flexibility and efficient cooling. Certified by ETL-Sanitation and cETLus, it meets essential sanitation and electrical safety standards.

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. 

Any outright returns will incur around a 25% restocking fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product. 

Vanguard Store Fixtures will help accommodate all customers throughout the process.

If the delivered item is defective due to a manufacturing flaw, we will pick-up the defective item and send a replacement free of charge. If the size does not perfectly fit which requires a replacement of the product, Vanguard Store Fixtures will help accommodate the customer's situations to the best of their  abilities, by replacing the product with no restocking fee while the customer pays for the shipment of the product back to the warehouse and the new product shipped to them. However, if the customer's return request is not due to a reason of a defective product or needed replacement due to size accommodation, a restocking fee of around 25% will be applied. This is due to the massive amount of logistical inconvenience caused that disrupted the daily operations of all companies involved in the sale of the product, which includes Vanguard Store Fixtures and the manufacturer of the product in question.
