The IKON Sandwich Salad Prep Table ISP29 is a versatile refrigeration unit crafted for food preparation in commercial kitchens, delis, and sandwich shops. Its compact one-section design offers ample space for storing and preparing ingredients for sandwiches, salads, and more.

Measuring 28-9/10" in width, 29-9/10" in depth, and 43-1/5" in height, this prep unit features a stainless-steel top with an opening for eight 1/6 pans, provided with the unit. The top serves as a convenient workspace for ingredient assembly, while a solid hinged door offers additional storage space, featuring an adjustable shelf for flexible organization. A removable cutting board simplifies food preparation and cleaning.

With an electronic thermostat, the unit ensures precise temperature control ranging from 33° to 41°F. An LED temperature display enables easy monitoring, preserving ingredient freshness and safety. An automatic defrost system prevents excessive ice buildup, ensuring efficient operation.

Constructed with powder-coated aluminum interior and stainless steel exterior, the unit ensures durability, easy cleaning, and a professional appearance resistant to corrosion. Swivel casters, including brakes on two, facilitate mobility and stability. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system, featuring a 3/8 HP compressor and 115v/60/1-ph power supply, ensures optimal cooling performance.

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. 

Any outright returns will incur around a 25% restocking fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product. 

Vanguard Store Fixtures will help accommodate all customers throughout the process.

If the delivered item is defective due to a manufacturing flaw, we will pick-up the defective item and send a replacement free of charge. If the size does not perfectly fit which requires a replacement of the product, Vanguard Store Fixtures will help accommodate the customer's situations to the best of their  abilities, by replacing the product with no restocking fee while the customer pays for the shipment of the product back to the warehouse and the new product shipped to them. However, if the customer's return request is not due to a reason of a defective product or needed replacement due to size accommodation, a restocking fee of around 25% will be applied. This is due to the massive amount of logistical inconvenience caused that disrupted the daily operations of all companies involved in the sale of the product, which includes Vanguard Store Fixtures and the manufacturer of the product in question.
