Tailored for service-type operations, the Hydra-Kool Display Case Fresh Seafood is a special order item designed to meet specific requirements. With dimensions of 117" width, 43-5/16" depth, and 34-59/64" height, it offers a spacious and adaptable solution for showcasing fresh seafood products.

Featuring an open front design, tempered glass panels on the front and sides ensure excellent visibility, allowing customers to easily view and select their desired seafood items. The rear of the case includes an 8-35/64" deep stainless steel work bench, providing a convenient area for food preparation or additional storage.

Maintaining a temperature hold range of 33°F to 40°F, the display case ensures optimal freshness. Temperature and defrost functions are regulated by a digital controller, offering precise adjustments. A digital thermometer is also included for accurate internal temperature monitoring.

Included ice pans create an ideal environment for preserving seafood freshness and quality. The interior, constructed with stainless steel, ensures durability, easy cleaning, and hygiene standards compliance.

With a silver PVC coated steel front panel and black steel kick plate, the display case combines aesthetics with durability. Levelling feet ensure stability and easy adjustment on various surfaces.

Designed for remote refrigeration, this display case offers flexibility in placement and efficient cooling performance. It is ETL-Sanitation and cETLus certified, guaranteeing compliance with sanitation and electrical safety standards.

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. 

Any outright returns will incur around a 25% restocking fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product. 

Vanguard Store Fixtures will help accommodate all customers throughout the process.

If the delivered item is defective due to a manufacturing flaw, we will pick-up the defective item and send a replacement free of charge. If the size does not perfectly fit which requires a replacement of the product, Vanguard Store Fixtures will help accommodate the customer's situations to the best of their  abilities, by replacing the product with no restocking fee while the customer pays for the shipment of the product back to the warehouse and the new product shipped to them. However, if the customer's return request is not due to a reason of a defective product or needed replacement due to size accommodation, a restocking fee of around 25% will be applied. This is due to the massive amount of logistical inconvenience caused that disrupted the daily operations of all companies involved in the sale of the product, which includes Vanguard Store Fixtures and the manufacturer of the product in question.
