The IKON Griddle offers a gas-powered countertop solution tailored for commercial settings. With dimensions of 48 inches in width and 34.4 inches in depth, it furnishes a capacious cooking area suitable for high-volume food preparation.

Featuring an adjustable manual thermostatic control, this griddle enables precise calibration and maintenance of desired cooking temperatures. A front lit pilot light facilitates effortless monitoring of griddle operation.

To ensure consistent and potent heat delivery, the griddle is outfitted with four U-shape burners, each yielding 30,000 BTUs. These burners are engineered to uniformly distribute heat across the 1-inch polished steel griddle plate, ensuring dependable cooking outcomes. Additionally, four gas control knobs empower users to independently regulate the heat output of each burner.

For heightened safety and operational efficiency, the griddle incorporates double wall insulated sides, mitigating heat loss and external heat transfer. Welded back and side splash guards further safeguard against grease and food splatter, maintaining a pristine cooking environment. Proper ventilation is assured by a rear flue.

Maintenance is simplified with a removable 3-1/4 inch grease drawer featuring a weep hole and baffle, facilitating efficient collection and drainage of excess grease. Additionally, a 4-inch wide grease trough efficiently channels grease away from the cooking surface, streamlining cleanup.

Encased in a stainless steel cabinet, the griddle ensures durability and ease of cleaning. Supported by stainless steel adjustable legs with non-skid feet, stability during operation is guaranteed, along with convenient leveling.

Boasting a total output of 120,000 BTUs, this griddle is apt for demanding cooking applications. Certified by CSA-Sanitation, CSA Star, and CSA Flame, it adheres to stringent safety and sanitation standards.

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. 

Any outright returns will incur around a 25% restocking fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product. 

Vanguard Store Fixtures will help accommodate all customers throughout the process.

If the delivered item is defective due to a manufacturing flaw, we will pick-up the defective item and send a replacement free of charge. If the size does not perfectly fit which requires a replacement of the product, Vanguard Store Fixtures will help accommodate the customer's situations to the best of their  abilities, by replacing the product with no restocking fee while the customer pays for the shipment of the product back to the warehouse and the new product shipped to them. However, if the customer's return request is not due to a reason of a defective product or needed replacement due to size accommodation, a restocking fee of around 25% will be applied. This is due to the massive amount of logistical inconvenience caused that disrupted the daily operations of all companies involved in the sale of the product, which includes Vanguard Store Fixtures and the manufacturer of the product in question.
