The IKON Griddle stands as a gas-powered countertop griddle tailored for commercial kitchens in need of a compact cooking solution. With dimensions measuring 24" wide and 34.4" deep, this griddle caters perfectly to establishments with limited space while upholding high-performance standards. Featuring adjustable manual thermostatic control, it allows precise temperature regulation for consistent cooking outcomes. The front lit pilot light ensures seamless ignition, facilitating quick and efficient start-up.

Furnished with two 30,000 BTU U-shape burners, the IKON Griddle delivers potent heat to the 1" polished steel griddle plate. This plate offers exceptional heat retention and uniform heat distribution, ensuring consistent cooking performance. The griddle is outfitted with two gas control knobs, granting independent control over each burner, enabling chefs to establish different heat zones on the griddle, thus accommodating various cooking requirements concurrently.

Designed with durability and convenience at the forefront, the IKON Griddle boasts double wall insulated sides and welded back and side splash guards, enhancing heat retention, energy efficiency, and safety. It incorporates a rear flue for efficient ventilation, maintaining a comfortable cooking environment. Moreover, it comes equipped with a removable 3-1/4" grease drawer featuring a weep hole and baffle, alongside a 4" wide grease trough, facilitating effortless grease collection and disposal. The stainless steel cabinet ensures durability and lends a professional appearance. Additionally, the griddle is outfitted with stainless steel adjustable legs with non-skid feet, guaranteeing stability and secure placement on any countertop. With a total output of 60,000 BTU, this griddle delivers ample power for small-scale cooking operations. If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. 

Any outright returns will incur around a 25% restocking fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product. 

Vanguard Store Fixtures will help accommodate all customers throughout the process.

If the delivered item is defective due to a manufacturing flaw, we will pick-up the defective item and send a replacement free of charge. If the size does not perfectly fit which requires a replacement of the product, Vanguard Store Fixtures will help accommodate the customer's situations to the best of their  abilities, by replacing the product with no restocking fee while the customer pays for the shipment of the product back to the warehouse and the new product shipped to them. However, if the customer's return request is not due to a reason of a defective product or needed replacement due to size accommodation, a restocking fee of around 25% will be applied. This is due to the massive amount of logistical inconvenience caused that disrupted the daily operations of all companies involved in the sale of the product, which includes Vanguard Store Fixtures and the manufacturer of the product in question.
