With four 30,000 BTU U-shape burners, the IKON Griddle ensures powerful heat distribution across the 3/4" polished steel griddle plate, guaranteeing exceptional heat retention and consistent cooking performance. Equipped with four gas control knobs, chefs gain independent control over each burner, allowing for the creation of diverse heat zones to meet varied cooking requirements simultaneously.

The double-wall insulated sides, along with welded back and side splash guards, enhance heat retention and energy efficiency. Effective ventilation is ensured with a rear flue, maintaining a comfortable cooking environment. The griddle includes a removable 3-1/4" grease drawer with a weep hole and baffle, complemented by a 4" wide grease trough for easy collection and disposal of grease and food debris. Crafted with stainless steel, the cabinet guarantees durability and a sleek appearance, while the stainless steel adjustable legs with non-skid feet offer stability and secure placement on any countertop.

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. 

Any outright returns will incur around a 25% restocking fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product. 

Vanguard Store Fixtures will help accommodate all customers throughout the process.

If the delivered item is defective due to a manufacturing flaw, we will pick-up the defective item and send a replacement free of charge. If the size does not perfectly fit which requires a replacement of the product, Vanguard Store Fixtures will help accommodate the customer's situations to the best of their  abilities, by replacing the product with no restocking fee while the customer pays for the shipment of the product back to the warehouse and the new product shipped to them. However, if the customer's return request is not due to a reason of a defective product or needed replacement due to size accommodation, a restocking fee of around 25% will be applied. This is due to the massive amount of logistical inconvenience caused that disrupted the daily operations of all companies involved in the sale of the product, which includes Vanguard Store Fixtures and the manufacturer of the product in question.
