The Axis Vertical Broiler is a robust and efficient gas broiler designed for commercial cooking applications. Featuring three burners, it ensures excellent heat distribution and has a capacity of up to 90 lbs., making it ideal for high-volume cooking in restaurants, food trucks, and other food service establishments. Constructed from durable stainless steel AISI 304, it provides corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.

The enclosed motor of this Axis Vertical Broiler ensures safe and reliable operation, while individual controls for the infrared burners allow for precise heat adjustments. This capability enables you to achieve the perfect level of browning and cooking for a variety of meats and ingredients. The broiler includes a removable drip tray, facilitating effortless cleaning and maintenance.

Equipped with dual rails, the Axis Vertical Broiler offers flexibility in positioning the meat, allowing you to adjust the distance from the heat source for optimal cooking results. With a heating capacity of 34,140 Btu, this broiler delivers powerful performance and quick cooking times. It operates on a standard 110v/60/1-ph power supply, ensuring compatibility with most electrical outlets.

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. 

Any outright returns will incur around a 25% restocking fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product. 

Vanguard Store Fixtures will help accommodate all customers throughout the process.

If the delivered item is defective due to a manufacturing flaw, we will pick-up the defective item and send a replacement free of charge. If the size does not perfectly fit which requires a replacement of the product, Vanguard Store Fixtures will help accommodate the customer's situations to the best of their  abilities, by replacing the product with no restocking fee while the customer pays for the shipment of the product back to the warehouse and the new product shipped to them. However, if the customer's return request is not due to a reason of a defective product or needed replacement due to size accommodation, a restocking fee of around 25% will be applied. This is due to the massive amount of logistical inconvenience caused that disrupted the daily operations of all companies involved in the sale of the product, which includes Vanguard Store Fixtures and the manufacturer of the product in question.
