This Axis Pasta Cooker is a dependable and efficient kitchen appliance designed for commercial use, particularly in establishments requiring high-volume pasta cooking. As a double-tank gas pasta cooker, this model features two 10.5-gallon capacity tanks side by side. With its spacious dimensions of 31-1/2"W x 37-2/5"D x 37-2/5"H, it accommodates large quantities of pasta to meet the demands of busy restaurants and catering services.

Each tank of the Axis Pasta Cooker is equipped with separate controls for gas, water, and 1" port drains, allowing precise and independent adjustments of temperature and water levels. This ensures optimal cooking conditions for various pasta varieties. The deep-drawn inner tanks ensure even heat distribution, providing consistent cooking results.

For convenience and efficiency, each tank includes six stainless steel mesh baskets, offering ample space to cook multiple batches of pasta simultaneously. These baskets feature ergonomically positioned handles for safe and easy lifting and draining of pasta. Additionally, the cooker is equipped with front drain trays and manual starch skimming drains, making it simple to remove excess water and starch.

Safety features of the Axis Pasta Cooker include a piezo-electric burner ignition and a safety thermocouple shutoff, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cooker is built for longevity, while its powerful 90,000 BTU burner ensures efficient and rapid cooking. If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. 

Any outright returns will incur around a 25% restocking fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product. 

Vanguard Store Fixtures will help accommodate all customers throughout the process.

If the delivered item is defective due to a manufacturing flaw, we will pick-up the defective item and send a replacement free of charge. If the size does not perfectly fit which requires a replacement of the product, Vanguard Store Fixtures will help accommodate the customer's situations to the best of their  abilities, by replacing the product with no restocking fee while the customer pays for the shipment of the product back to the warehouse and the new product shipped to them. However, if the customer's return request is not due to a reason of a defective product or needed replacement due to size accommodation, a restocking fee of around 25% will be applied. This is due to the massive amount of logistical inconvenience caused that disrupted the daily operations of all companies involved in the sale of the product, which includes Vanguard Store Fixtures and the manufacturer of the product in question.
